Every mouse needs a hand sometimes

A little help.
Back to the moon.

Find your path, restore a favorite look, or make your game feel just right. Here are the answers to the little things.

Playing the game

Rings, bridges, mice, and that all-important cheese.

Purchases & restoration

Getting your favorite Moon Shop looks back.

The path, explained.

What do I do on my turn?

First, rotate one ring a single step clockwise or counterclockwise, or tap Skip to leave the rings where they are. Then select one of your mice and move it to a glowing legal destination. You must move a mouse if a legal move is available.

How does a mouse move to another ring?

A mouse crosses between rings only through a bridge. Each neighboring ring has a bridge half. When the two halves line up, they connect into a glowing path. Rotate a ring to help them meet, then select a mouse next to the bridge and choose the highlighted destination across it.

How much cheese do I need, and when do I win?

Each mouse can carry one cheese. With one mouse per team, collect one cheese and bring that mouse to the center moon. With two mice per team, both mice must collect one cheese each; then bring both to the moon. A mouse enters the moon from the inner ring. The first team to bring all of its mice home wins.

A mouse already carrying cheese leaves additional cheese available. Collecting all the board's cheese does not, by itself, end the match.

Can I play by myself or with a friend?

Play Solo to face Moonbot at Easy, Medium, or Hard difficulty. Local Multiplayer lets two people pass one iPhone or iPad between turns. Choose one or two mice per team on Home before starting. Online multiplayer, player accounts, and chat are not included.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Solo play and local pass-and-play work offline. An internet connection and access to the App Store are needed to load current prices, make purchases, or restore purchases.

Where can I change music or see my statistics?

Open Settings to turn game sounds on or off, adjust background-music volume, or choose one of three original soundtracks. Open Settings → Stats for solo results by difficulty and local Amber/Lilac team totals. These are on-device records, not online leaderboards or named-player rankings.

Only completed games count. Statistics do not sync between devices, and reinstalling can remove local data.

Your looks, looked after.

What can I buy in Moon Shop?

Optional mouse looks, moon decorations, and skies. Paid cosmetics are one-time, non-consumable purchases, not subscriptions. They do not change the game rules or provide an advantage. Free options are included in each category.

I bought a cosmetic. How do I restore it?

Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account for Media & Purchases that made the original purchase. Connect to the internet, open Moon Shop, and choose Restore Purchases. After restoration, select your owned look in the matching Mice, Moon, or Skies category.

Restoration recovers eligible purchases, not match statistics or settings stored on another device. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer be available.

Prices won't load, or a purchase is pending.

Check your internet connection and App Store account, then reopen Moon Shop. A pending purchase may be waiting for Apple's approval process, such as Ask to Buy. You do not need to make repeated purchase attempts. If a purchase was charged but the look remains locked, try Restore Purchases.

If you are testing through TestFlight, purchases use Apple's test environment rather than normal paid App Store transactions.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions. Imagination Works cannot approve a refund on Apple's behalf.

The app is not responding. What should I try?

Close and reopen Moon Mice, check for an app update, and restart your device if needed. Avoid deleting the app as a first step: local statistics and preferences may be lost. If the issue continues, include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem when you contact support.

Still a little stuck?
